I still find avatar bases to be a supreme waste of time; they're just cropped pictures.

This seems over the top.

designs;
Yeaaah, also known as layouts. Well, layout.

The only layout features wonderful CSS, but I think the graphic may be slightly low resolution.

desktop icons;
I don't think these would be popular; just based on what they're used for. Previews would be nice.

photoshop splash images;
I feel that this is a silly idea.

signatures;
These aren't very complex.

signs;
I'm still a firm believer that people should make their own.

stationary;
Cute idea... lots of ink.

wallpaper;
Wallpaper should be wallpapers.

I only looked at full previews of the latest three, because those are her current style. They don't seem like a lot of time was put into them.

brushes;
I personally am not interested at all in JRock brushes... maybe other people are. I's nice that you can choose abr or an image pack.

icon textures;
Though I think icon textures, for the most part, are another useless item on sites, I must say that these are great packs.

scans;
Scans are scans.

textures;
Eh. Based on the icon textures, these should be much better.

tutorials;
Very cute icon tutorials! Easy to follow with image previews along the way.

It's so cool. I learned how to do this a month ago, but still haven't done it. The navigation is highly organized, and just great.

Main splits of into clear, terms, webmistress, faq, tag board, request, and contact form.

Graphics splits off into avatars, bookmarks, designs, desktop icons, photoshop splash images, signatures, signs, stationary, and wallpaper.

Resources splits off into avatar bases, brushes, icon texture, scans, textures, and tutorials.

Site splits off into advertisement, blog crews, credits, directories, gifts and awards, information, past layouts, received reviews, and rotation/exchange.

Linkage splits off into link in, link back, and link exchanges.

Family splits off into different sites.

Affiliates splits off into a few "top" affiliates, an apply link, and more information.

I think the rotation/exchange should be moved to the linkage section.

Also, main and site are sort of the same areas of pages, so maybe combine those and delete some of the links under them.

Ohh la la. A nice list of organized credits, too!

It's highly organized and creative. The site layout shows visitors that Manda knows how to use her photo editing program well, and can make great style sheets to match.

Some of the content is a little too superfluous, and, in my opinion, should be deleted.

More layouts!
