Things look pretty orderly.
There is some teal in the graphic that could have been used in the css to make it a little more lively. Using different fonts would have been a good idea, too.
I like how the headers have a background image of tiny, tiny text.
avatars;
These are available in two sizes: 50x50 and 100x100. These are really nice! The images are high quality and they haven't just
been cropped. Text effects and brushes have been used appropriately to create wonderful avatars.
bookmarks;
These are nice, however, I feel that making bookmarks for people to print, cut out, and use is a little silly and a time waster.
blends;
I don't like the first two, they seem very cluttered. The third one is a lot nicer and doesn't look cluttered, though it doesn't
really look "blended."
layouts;
It would make more sense to put the neweset layouts at the top so visitors don't have to scroll down to find
the new creations. Most of these layouts are nice. They feature attractice graphics and well made codes. Some
could be deleted since they're old and Stephanie's web design skills have matured since making the older ones.
wallpapers;
I don't like the first two, I like the last two, and "Break Out" is amazing. It's sort of simple, but it looks great. It's nice that
Stephanie says how large they are (in kilobytes) for each resolution: 1024x768 and 800x600.
brushes;
The zodiac brushes are a cool idea, but the brushes look really plain. The suns and moons are really cool, so is tiny text and icon text.
smilies;
This section only consists of one set, but they're cute, well made, and look very nice.
tutorials;
Very easy to follow, easy to understand for the most part.
A nice, organized list of credits can be found on a subpage off of the site page.
Affiliates can be found in the footer (at the bottom of every page), but where can one apply for affiliation? Is it closed?
Her site layout doesn't exactly show off her CSS skills, though I can see she knows what she's doing in some of her public layouts.
I would reccomend nixing the bookmarks, some of the layouts, and some of the brushes.
Also! I think it would be a good idea to put a "back" link on the pages since there are so many pages and a lot of subpages.
