first impression

The layout's graphic looks a little too simple. The CSS looks simple, too, but nice.

The layout as a whole, looks very well organized.

The sidebar has a section "being reviewed at" which includes links to eight different sites where Vanity Crush is being reviewed. However, my site is not listed, which is rude, or a careless mistake.

graphic

The graphic is a blend of two photos, and it's a little too simple, in my opinion.

A texture for the background would have helped with the over simplicity. Some brushes along the sides, too, maybe.

The site name can be easily read, and the little bird is nice.

coding

The CSS is simple, as well, though I like it more than the graphic. It looks organized, the headers have background images, different fonts are used, different colors are used, and overall it looks very nice!

content

Site content includes affiliate buttons, banners, blank buttons, bulletes, color palettes, polaroids, premades layouts, PNG's, rounded, silhoets, textures, various icons, HTML effect, misc HTML codes, brushes, codded layouts, fonts, free programs, patterns, piczo sites, various tutorials, and "reveiw."

affiliate buttons;
Squares. Pointless, really. People can make their own. If someone wanted to use these, they would have to make a layout revolving around these colors (if they wanted it to look nice, that is).

blank buttons;

Webpage cannot be found.

polaroids;
Webpage cannot be found.

premade layouts;
These are misleading, they're just graphics! "Unoded layouts" would havve been a better title. Some of these are nice, but in a few the same original image is repeated too many times for my liking.

I really laughed how the Twiligt graphic is just composed of... images thrown together; literally. There is no blending!

This random bird brush seems to be everywhere...

On the "resources" page, there are six subpages listed: animal, equine, female, male, other, and TV/movie.

A few of the animal icons are nice. I like the ones that actually look like some time was put into them! Some are too plain, just cropped, really, and should be deleted.

"Not all the icons are edited so please be patient and check back in a few days!" is along the top, I've just noticed... that's silly. Don't put icons up until they're done. Honestly.

Some of these are nice, but some are too plain and are just cropped images. They still have to be edited, but that's why they shouldn't be posted already anyway!

I love how horses have their own category, and aren't just put in with animals.

I'm curious as to what happens if she makes an icon with a boy and a girl in it. Where will it go!?

The main navigation includes domain, resources, tutorials, reveiw, challenge, and blog.

There are many problems on the resources page: a lot of links don't exist!

The tutorials page has the same problem.

The "reveiw" page doesn't even exist.

A small list of credits can be found off of her domain page.

overall

This site appeared to be simple, semi-cute, and well organized!

We all make mistakes though... and I was wrong.

This site is very poorly put together. Links only work half the time. Lots of pages don't exist, and a lot of links take you to other pages.

Double checking links and pages is really a must.

Downloading more brushes would be a good idea, too, since it seems that the same few are used quite often.

Listing all sites that are reviewing you is the polite thing to do.
