The colors are nice, they're not boring, but they're not obnoxiously bright.
The graphic doesn't look magnificent, but obviously Hannah knows how to use her photo editor.
It's great that Hannah's used pictures from the same photoshoot, so all of the pictures go nicely together.
I don't appreciate the choppy cut out against the blue background. I just don't understand why she chose to do that, it seems a little weird to me, it makes it seem like they don't go together. Brushes and light stocks are both used, along with something that appears to be a texture. Maybe the light stocks were a little abused, though.
I don't like how it's as if there's a graphic X and dividers Y; they don't meet and merge and seem as one.
I'm enjoying the different headers between the main table and the sidebar, it makes her code look a little more lively.
All text can be read so far, it might be considered a little boring, actually. I would have liked to see the vibrant rose or blue color used.
Visitor content includes animated avatars, non-animated avatars, blank buttons, brushes, color schemes, pre-made layouts, hosting, and reviews.

Wonderful! I really like these. They're nicely made, they're interesting, and some are really cute.

I find these pointless. People should really be making their own.

Some of these are cool; I like them more than my own. There's no point in saying they were made in PSP, one cannot download them; only image packs
are available.
color schemes;
They're actual color schemes and not shades of colors! I think the names superfluous, but that's just me.
pre-made layouts;
These are so-so, the graphics aren't amazing, but they have nice color schemes and the coding is nice.
hosting;
How can one judge her hosting? It seems very reasonable and Hannah's very mature about it all.
reviews;
Nevermind! I'm not reviewing this part, it's a whole new website (a subdomain, which is once again, superfluous.)
Resources are listed accordingly, which is wonderful.
I would suggest more complex graphics and coding. Based on the avatars I can see that Hannah definitely knows how to use her photo editor.
