Once section on the top has a little blending problem, though. And, I don't understand why there are two backgrounds. The coding looks decent, but the headers just look bad. Click here to see what I mean.

A few spots look a little pixalated. Mostly around the edges of the brushes.

The imagemap goes well with the layout and doesn't look out of place.

The headers don't look too nice with the black borders. And, the subheaders are really boring.

Overall, a little boring, but very orderly. Not boring... just a tiny bit bland. Tiny tiny bit.

Banners/Blends;
Out of the four blends available, three feature Audrey Kitching. the first is extremely faded looking, not very nice. The second looks better, but also looks quickly slapped togethor. The third is... extremely bad. The best one is that of Williams.

Icons;
These look better than the banners/blends. Some more brushes could be used, but aren't drastically needed.

Layouts;
Pretty good variety. Some of these are really nice and feature very nice, high quality graphics. However, which are probably the older ones, should be deleted.

Wallpapers;
Wallpapers are only available for a 1024 x 768 screen resolution. These aren't very attractive at all.

Subpages include home, site, content, request, linkback and exit.

The resources are a little hard to find... they're in a silly place. I reccomend that resources have their own page and aren't tagged along the bottom of a long page, it makes it look like she doesn't care about the resources. People are very protective over visitors using resources.

The coding is very nice.

On the site page, it says that requests are open for banners and wallpapers. When you visit the request page, along the top it says that requests are closed. So... picking one or the other would be nice.
