These are interesting, they vary in shape and color, some are animated; check them out.

icons;
Ahh yes, and we return to the boring. Most of these are just cropped pictures, some have text on them. The most advanced technique used is filtering.

icon textures;
These are nice, but I think people should make their own. They range from grunge, light stocks, and cardboard.

photography;
Has Ben even taken a photo class? Based on these pictures I would say no. I can't really see anyone using these. Some of the "Summer" pictures are cool, but, how would one go about using them in a layout or icon?

regular textures;
Alos known as textures, you don't need to have regular in there. These aren't that great, you can find a lot better ones out there.

hate comments;
This isn't site content; it's Ben rambling on about nonsense. He should be able to figure out that people pick on bad/horrible sites, not wonderful sites. You're picked on if your site is horrible or if you have a horrible attitude (or both.) This is basically Ben just thinking he's all high and mighty because his site was picked on.

reviewing;
This isn't site content either. It's misleading to have it in here.

tips for your website;
I suppose this could be considered visitor content... I wouldn't take advice from Ben though based on his site.

website cliques;
For the love of god: this is not site content, this is Ben rambling!

taking care of your hamster;
...I'm not even going to read this.

sleeping;
This is Ben rambling about sleep. I know that when I look around graphic sites I always look for the owner's special ramblings about sleeping.... oh, wait, no, I don't.

reviews;
These seem pretty fair, the rules aren't ridiculous. I wouldn't turn to Ben for a review based on his site though.

Off to look for credits... good, good, a nice list of credits off of the domain page.

There's an awful lot of pointless sections under the content page, I reccomend cleaning that up and moving some things out of there or deleting them.
